Student Editorial Board
Each year students are nominated by their College as a candidate to serve on the Student Editorial Board of the UCR Undergraduate Research Journal, Volume IV. This is an incredible opportunity as they will be working closely with the Faculty Advisory Board members as well as several undergraduate researchers and their faculty mentors. Serving on an editorial board is also a wonderful experience for students contemplating careers in research and creative scholarship.
Students who are involved in faculty mentored research, scholarly or creative projects will be invited to submit their articles for the review by the Student Editorial Board, working with guidance from the Faculty Advisory Board. Accepted articles will be published in a web version of the Journal and, from those, six to eight will be chosen most outstanding for the inclusion in the print version of the Journal, which will be printed in June 2010. Additional information about the Journal and a copy of the UCR Undergraduate Research Journal, Volume I, Volume II, and Volume III can be found on the left menu.
